What the agents returned, counted.

Results from real deployments, published with the client’s permission. Each one states its method, separates what was counted from what was estimated, and says what a person still did.

September at an Ontario ENT clinic: 1,230 appointments confirmed by the agent

In September 2026 an Ontario ENT clinic ran 2,064 visits across five physicians, twice August’s volume, and its confirmations ran through Remi, wired into the clinic’s own booking system. The agent confirmed 1,230 appointments, 90% of all confirmations. The front desk confirmed 141. The median patient answered in 23 minutes.

What an agency’s own sales history said about follow-up

Before building Maverick we read every sold lead at a multi-agent auto-insurance agency against the leads that got away: 157,528 texts and about 120 hours of recorded calls. Speed to lead turned out to be table stakes. Persistence was the edge.

How we publish results

Every study meets the same standard.

A slight case study does more damage than none, because it is the page a buyer reads most carefully.

01

The method, stated

Where every figure came from, over what window, counted how.

02

Counts kept apart from estimates

Anything modelled, such as hours saved, is labelled as an estimate every time it appears.

03

The exceptions, as a number

What the agent did not do, and what a person handled instead.

04

The client protected

Clients are not named unless they choose to be, and no patient, customer or staff detail is ever published.

Thirty minutes with a founder. Tell us the work and the system it lives in, and we will tell you what an agent could take on and how we would measure it.

What happens on the call
  1. You walk us through the process and the system behind it.
  2. We tell you plainly whether an agent is the right fix.
  3. If it is, we outline what we would build and what it would take from your team.
