A careful first draft, reviewed before it reaches you.
Blue works alongside the attorneys in a law firm. It prepares drafts and redlines from the firm’s own precedents, has each one independently reviewed, and returns it as work product for an attorney to read and decide on.
12. Term and Termination
12.2 Either party may terminate this Agreement for convenience upon thirty (30) sixty (60) days’ prior written notice to the other party, delivered in accordance with Section 15.
An example redline, made as tracked changes in the original document.
How it works
Three roles, as in a well-run practice
Scoping, drafting and review are handled by three separate agents, in the way a firm divides the same work between colleagues.
Attorney
Hands over the work by email, or from the matter itself.
Blue
Clarifies the scope and proposes a short plan for approval.
Quill
Prepares the draft from the firm’s forms and house style.
Argus
Checks the draft against the plan and verifies each citation.
Attorney
Receives the document, with its history, for review.
If the review raises a concern, the draft returns to the drafter before it reaches the attorney.
The firm’s CRM
Everything for a matter in one place
Blue comes with the CRM a practice needs around it. Clients, matters, tasks and deadlines sit beside the documents they belong to.
Documents with a history
Revisions, redlines, comparisons and comments attached to the passages they concern.
Deadlines that announce themselves
The responsible attorney is reminded ahead of time, with an offer to make a start.
Work that arrives by email
Instructions and attachments sent by email are filed to the right matter.

Designed with care
Built for a profession that depends on trust
Separate drafter and reviewer
The agent that writes a document cannot approve it. The system enforces that separation.
Your documents, intact
Edits that would damage a document’s text, formatting or formulas are stopped before they happen.
Confidential by design
Each firm’s matters and documents are kept entirely separate from any other’s.
Work product, for your review
Blue does not give legal advice. Every document returns to an attorney.
Built within your systems
Blue runs in your firm’s own environment, works from your precedents, and fits into the Word and email your lawyers already use.
