BonEcho is an applied AI company based in Toronto. We design and build AI agents and custom software that automate the workflows a business depends on, and we stay involved as they become part of daily work.
Every business we have worked with has the same quiet challenge: a great deal of necessary, repetitive work, and capable people with too little time for the part of the job that needs them most.
Recent advances in AI make it possible to hand much of that routine work to an agent. Doing it well takes more than a model. The agent has to live where the work already happens: in the scheduling system, the CRM, the ERP, the document store. It needs a reliable record of what it did, and people need a simple way to step in.
That is what we build. We work inside our clients’ own systems and databases, and around the workflows their teams already follow, so adopting an agent feels like gaining a colleague, not changing software.
